A nuclear family that already works on this road does not need 8,000 sq ft. They need the GCR pin and a house they can run. That is the Phase 1 plate from Godrej Properties — not a ₹100 Cr simplex, not Camellias.

Stay with later inventory or with Experion Sector 53 if the brief is 4 BHK / 5 BHK only. Stay on Golf Course Extension Road if the brief is a 5 BHK at Godrej Verano. Stay with DLF Golf Links if the brief is a ₹100 Cr simplex. Those are different products.
