South Delhi does not need another pin. It needs the Outer Ring Road at Modi Mill and the Savitri Cinema junction to stop being the daily tax. The government has sanctioned two flyovers for that stretch at a combined ₹371 Cr, with ₹150 Cr in this financial year and a 24–30 month target. That is the South Delhi product. The three underpasses opening at Mukarba Chowk are the north package on the same day — useful, not this corridor.
PWD Minister Parvesh Verma has put both South Delhi decks on the same sanction. Union Home Minister Amit Shah is to lay the foundation stones. The first deck extends the existing Modi Mill flyover towards Kalkaji — about 1.5 km, six lanes, nine-metre carriageways — across Captain Gaur Marg, Maa Anand Mai Marg, Lotus Temple Road, Masjid Moth Road and the Nehru Place bus depot. The second is a new ~900-metre one-way, three-lane grade separator at Savitri Cinema, with about 435 metres of elevated road, ramps, bus bays and redesigned junctions for Greater Kailash, CR Park and GK-II.

Through traffic on the Outer Ring Road at Modi Mill and the Savitri Cinema junction. The announced job is signal-free movement at Captain Gaur Marg–Outer Ring Road and Outer Ring Road–GK-II Road. Vehicles heading to Kalkaji, Nehru Place, Okhla, Greater Kailash and CR Park are meant to stay on the deck instead of dropping onto the surface intersections.

Kreeva Swaranaya NFC
Ishwar Nagar, next to New Friends Colony. 2.1 acres, 114 homes, 3.5 and 4.5 BHK from about ₹15 Cr pre-launch, 5,100 sq ft 5 BHK from about ₹20 Cr, possession 2031, DLRERA2026P0007. This household already uses Mathura Road and Modi Mill. The Kalkaji extension is the deck that lifts through-traffic off that surface before the 2031 key.
