Kreeva Swaranaya 3, 4 & 5 BHK of 3700, 4500 & 5,100 sq ft in Ishwar Nagar, next to New Friends Colony, sits on a 2.1-acre RERA plot from ~₹20 Cr pre-launch. Tribune records Kanodia Group taking about two acres of green belt along Mathura Road and MP Road. For GK and NFC floor families, that 2.1 + 2 is the upgrade that clears.

Mathura Road · 2.1 + 2 acres · Kanodia CSR
Delhi signed the green-belt MoU with Kanodia. Kreeva Swaranaya is the 2.1-acre tower that group is already building on the same run
The 31 August MoU is not a fourth acre on DLRERA2026P0007. The Tribune names Kanodia Group, CSR, Mathura Road and MP Road. Kanodia is the same group building Kreeva Swaranaya. Two titles. One commute.
The paper does not say Delhi signed with Kreeva Swaranaya. It says Kanodia Group will develop and keep about two acres along Mathura Road and MP Road. That is the group behind Kreeva India — the same group putting up the 2.1-acre tower next to NFC. Not a four-acre campus. Two plots on the same run.
"A Greater Kailash floor does not come with a government-backed green belt on Mathura Road. Swaranaya is still 2.1 acres. Kanodia is now also the group maintaining about two acres of public landscape on the road that serves Ishwar Nagar. That is the 2 + 2 the floor household should price, not a rumour that the RERA plot grew."

South Delhi 5-bed brief
Open luxury →What the Delhi government signed on 31 August 2026
The Delhi government signed memoranda of understanding with private companies, in the presence of Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and Cabinet Minister Parvesh Verma, to turn neglected land under flyovers and along major roads into clean, green, safer public ground. Dixon Technologies and Vrikshit Foundation take a 2.5-km Deepali to Mangolpuri Market stretch under a flyover. Separately, Kanodia Group takes about two acres of green belt along Mathura Road and MP Road under CSR. That second parcel is the one that sits on the NFC / Ishwar Nagar commute.
Tribune’s line on Kanodia is specific: develop and maintain the belt, and deal with garbage dumping, unauthorised slums, roadside encroachments and unplanned use. It is not a private garden inside the tower compound. It is a public belt the group has now agreed to keep.

Kreeva Swaranaya land area
Superluxere’s page puts Kreeva Swaranaya on 2.1 acres in Ishwar Nagar, next to New Friends Colony — 114 homes, one G+27 tower with three wings, clubhouse 1,50,000 sq ft, residences from the 8th floor, four marked bays on the 5 BHK, RERA DLRERA2026P0007, possession 2031. That 2.1 acres does not grow because Kanodia signed a CSR belt. The belt is the other two.

Ask for the Swaranaya sheet against the Mathura Road belt — not a four-acre story.
2.1-acre RERA plot. About two acres of public green belt. Same group. Two titles.
Ask the 2.1 + 2 Read →Why this is the upgrade for GK and NFC floor families
A floor in Greater Kailash or NFC already has the pin. It does not have a maintained two-acre public belt on Mathura Road, a 1,50,000 sq ft club, or four marked bays that are not a neighbour fight. The household already drives that road to NFC Club in New Delhi. What changed on 31 August is not the RERA number. What changed is who is now on the hook to keep the two acres outside the gate from becoming a dump and an encroachment strip.
Stay on the colony street if you need a ready floor this year. Book Kreeva Swaranaya if you will wait till 2031 for the tower, the club and a road-edge that the same group has now signed to maintain. That is the super luxury read — two acres of private product, two acres of public landscape, one commute.
If the brief is NFC without a 700 sq yd hunt, put the EOI on the 2.1-acre file.

Ask Swaranaya EOI →Frequently asked questions
Did the Delhi government sign an MoU with Kreeva for Swaranaya?
No. The 31 August 2026 MoUs published by The Tribune name Dixon Technologies and Vrikshit Foundation on a Deepali–Mangolpuri flyover stretch, and separately name the Kanodia Group for about two acres of green belt along Mathura Road and MP Road under CSR. Kreeva Swaranaya is the 2.1-acre RERA tower in Ishwar Nagar that Kanodia is building. The MoU is not a fourth acre added to DLRERA2026P0007.
How many acres is Kreeva Swaranaya NFC?
Superluxere’s project page puts Kreeva Swaranaya on 2.1 acres in Ishwar Nagar, next to New Friends Colony — one G+27 tower with three wings, 114 homes, RERA DLRERA2026P0007, possession 2031.
What is the Kanodia Group 2-acre Mathura Road green belt?
The Tribune (1 September 2026) records that Kanodia Group will develop and maintain around two acres of green belt along Mathura Road and MP Road under a CSR initiative, to deal with garbage dumping, unauthorised slums, roadside encroachments and unplanned use. That land is a public belt, not the Swaranaya RERA plot.
Is the 2-acre green belt inside the Kreeva Swaranaya RERA plot?
No. The 2.1 acres on DLRERA2026P0007 is the private tower plot at Ishwar Nagar. The two-acre Mathura Road / MP Road belt is a separate public CSR parcel. Read them together as 2.1 + 2, not as a four-acre campus.
Why does this matter to a Greater Kailash or NFC floor buyer?
The household already uses Mathura Road to reach NFC Club and Ishwar Nagar. A 2.1-acre RERA tower with a 1,50,000 sq ft club and four marked bays on the 5 BHK, plus a maintained two-acre public green belt on that same road run, is the street the floor does not give them. Confirm the live sheet before EOI.
