South Delhi finally has a branded 4 and 5 BHK. It is Kreeva Swaranaya
Gurgaon and Noida have been launching hotel and designer names all year. South Delhi had floors and kothis. Kreeva South Delhi is the first high-rise that puts a hotel desk on an NFC address.
Swaranaya by Kreeva in Ishwar Nagar, next to New Friends Colony, is 114 homes. 4.5 and 5.5 BHK. Roseate hospitality. Because the names are no longer a brochure line. They are signed desks. In Gurgaon, Trump Residences Sector 69 is under construction on SPR. Trump Towers on Dwarka Expressway Sector 111 is expected. M3M Elie Saab and M3M Jacob & Co have launched in the Sector 111 billionaire block. Elan JW Marriott Residences is signed in Sector 106. M3M Franck Muller is on Golf Course Road Sector 43. M3M Brabus is on Golf Course Extension Road Sector 58.
In Noida, M3M Jacob & Co Residences is in Sector 97 on the Noida Expressway. Smartworld Elie Saab Residences is in Sector 98. M3M Sector 108 is the next branded book, with Mercedes residences expected. The pattern is the same. A licence, a desk, a payment plan. The Roseate note puts that desk on Swaranaya, Jacob and Elie Saab.

What clears the road before the keys?
Two pieces of infrastructure, both timed to possession. The government has announced an ₹800 crore six-lane elevated road from Ashram Chowk to Sarai Khwaja, aimed at 10–15 minutes to Faridabad. It takes through traffic off Mathura Road at Modi Mill, the jam between NFC and NFC West. The Ashram corridor note puts that relief against the 2031 keys. The Modi Mill and Savitri flyovers note covers the colony roads that feed the same stretch.
Separately, Kanodia Group has taken about two acres of green belt along Mathura Road and MP Road for landscaping outside the 2.1-acre plot. That is the 2.1 plus 2 the green belt note recorded. The tower sits on 2.1 acres. The approach gets the extra green. The buyer who has lived with a floor on a colony street is the one this changes.
